Organic prickly pear cladodes dehydrated at 45 C° in powder 500-800 microns.
Ideal for making capsules and tablets of supplements, or in addition to traditional flours for baked goods. The cladodes used come from Sicilian crops with an age that varies between 3 and 5 years.
